Aspen Ladd

Aspen Ladd began her journey in combat sports at the young age of fourteen. In addition to BJJ training She also took classes in boxing, wrestling and kickboxing. When she was 18, she made her first appearance as an amateur in WCFC. Ladd continued to build on her triumph during Ultimate Reno Combat, where she won three consecutive fights. She knocked out all her competitors in the initial round. She then returned to WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Aspen defeated Silvia Babaeghian Maddy Simmons and Cynthia Calvillo before facing Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9 Cynthia was defeated by Aspen in a unanimous vote. This put a stain on her record as an amateur. Ladd recovered from the loss and defeated Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to improve her record up to 8-1. Aspen began her professional career in the year 2015, when she signed with Invicta FC. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, where she dominated her, securing a first-round TKO. She won her next fight in the ring against Amanda Cooper via second-round armbar submission. She then fought at bantamweight to fight at Invicta FC 16. Aspen utilized her superior wrestling skills to defeat McGill in third round TKO. Aspen then faced Jessica Hoy, at Invicta FC 18. Aspen fought Hoy with an opponent with a catchweight (138.1lb) because Ladd didn't gain weight. Aspen still dominated Hoy to finish her in second round with a TKO. Invicta FC, 21 was her last fight for promotion. Invicta FC 21, Eubanks was a unanimous winner. Aspen Ladd debuted in the UFC at UFC Fight Night 118, with a bout against Lina Langsberg. She was a step ahead of Lina and ground-and-pounded her for a second-round TKO victory. The next time she fought Tonya EVINGER at UFC 229, her victory was more spectacular. Ladd ended Evinger's bout after the first round. She also received the reward for her performance on the evening. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee the fight was between Sijara-Eubanks in her debut fight. Ladd was victorious in an unanimous decision in an intense back and forth battle with the fighters, got an award of Fight of the Night bonuses. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie defeated Ladd in 16-seconds to break her losing streak. Then she bounced back and defeated Yana Kunitskaya in the third round in UFC on ESPN 7. For a rematch She fought Norma Dumont in her most recent UFC fight. Her defeat was decided by unanimous decision.
